Boundaries worth stating

An executive demo is more credible when it knows what it does not own

Transmission is not ours

Ghana's transmission network is operated by GRIDCo, which took over the transmission function. A VRA platform should not present itself as a national grid operator.

Distribution sits in NEDCo

Retail distribution in the northern half of the country runs through NEDCo, a VRA subsidiary, with its own systems and reporting.

Tariffs are regulated

Bulk and retail tariffs are set through PURC processes, so tariff scenarios are an input to negotiation, not a dial the Authority can simply turn.
